Shipping and Refund Policies for Cozy Kid Bedtime Orders

Please review our policies below regarding shipping procedures and refund procedures:

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy: We normally ship all in stock items within 2-3 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. Usually, shipping will be within 2-3 business days or 5 business days to East Coast. If an item becomes "out of stock", you will be notified by customer service rep and action will be taken on case by case basis.  You may cancel an order that becomes out of stock with a full refund or the item will be back ordered and shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts. Shipping rates shown are based on US Dollars.  Hawaii and Alaska may have additional charges.

Return Policy

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited to your credit card. Shipping, handling or freight charges are not refundable. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Any item that has been opened will not be accepted and will be returned to the consumer and return shipping charges will be billed to the credit card. Personalized items are not returnable. Customers are responsible for the return of any product. We strongly suggest that you use insurance on all returns.

How to make a return: Customers must email info@kandyvines.com to receive a return authorization number (RMA number). Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be refused or returned to you at your expense. Please include the return authorization number with the return.

Warranty Policy

Warranty: All items are warranted directly by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Kandyvines Inc, cozykidbedtime.com or the manufacturer. The manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt may be replaced at the discretion of Kandyvines, Inc - or its manufacturers.
