Hey, it’s me. Should I sound an alarm? Its story time in the jungle and that means its time for you to hop into bed and hear a Safari Story.
Some people come into your room and think that I am just décor on a kid’s wall. But I know every one of the animals you have in your room. They’re my precious friends. I point to each one in turn wherever you place them in the room. And they know when I am pointing at them. They even know why I am pointing at them. If they have been mischievous when you’re not looking, I point to them to make them behave. If they have been good, I award them points from the numbers on my face. When my hands get to the twelve position, I add up all their good points and play them a tune.
Elton Elephant, Graham Gorilla and Leonard Lion help me. Elton and Leonard are my eyes and Graham acts as my mouth – although I never say anything. I’m as a silent as a mouse. I give them my opinions, and when its dark, and they roam around on the Safari Comforter, they pass on my opinions to the other animals on the safari sheet and safari pillow – and even your drapes.
You see I’m not just a Safari Clock with a nice face – although my friends say I look quite cute. I remind people about all the jungle stories there are to tell and point them to the right story for the night. In my hands you are safe. I will always point to a story you like.
