You may know how bears love to eat honey. Brian Bear is just like all other bears. As he walks through the jungle, his powerful nose quickly senses the smell of a beehive and his mouth waters for the sweet taste of honey. One day Brian found an unusually large beehive. He sniffed at it and made up his mind that this was meal time.
He stretched out his long sharp claws from his strong paws and he dug them into the beehive. He pushed hard to crack the walls of the beehive and open it up for his hungry tongue. The wall cracked open and out came the biggest bees Brian had ever seen. They were angry! They were like an air force of fighter planes. They dived at him and stung him on his nose, his tongue, his eyes, and in his ears.
Brian rolled back in shock. They immediately attacked the soft skin on his belly while continuing their attack on his face. Brian rolled over and ran away as fast as he could. The further he got away from the beehive, the more bees left him to return to their home and repair the damage.
